Samsung Electronics has officially launched the public beta of One UI 7, bringing advanced AI-driven features, improved customization, and a refreshed user interface to select Galaxy devices. Initially introduced with the Galaxy S24 series, the update is now expanding to additional models, including the Galaxy Z Fold6, Z Flip6, S23 series, Tab S10 series, and A55.
AI-Driven Features for Smarter Productivity
One UI 7 introduces a suite of AI-powered tools designed to enhance efficiency and user experience. The update includes:
- Smart Text Assistance – Users can select and edit text across multiple apps without switching screens.
- AI Summarization & Formatting – The system can automatically summarize content, check spelling and grammar, and convert text into structured bullet points.
- Call Transcription in 20 Languages – When call recording is enabled, One UI 7 can automatically transcribe conversations, making it easier to retrieve important information.
Redesigned Interface and Customization Options
Samsung has also revamped the design elements of One UI 7 to enhance personalization and usability. A key highlight is the “Now Bar,” which provides quick access to essential functions like music controls, recordings, and stopwatch directly from the lock screen—eliminating the need to unlock the device for simple tasks.

Camera Enhancements and Pro Mode Upgrades

Availability and Future Updates
The One UI 7 beta program, initially launched for Galaxy S24 devices, is now expanding to Galaxy Z Fold6, Z Flip6, and S23 series starting March 6. The beta is currently available in select countries, including Germany, India, South Korea, Poland, the U.K., and the U.S.
Samsung has confirmed that the official rollout of One UI 7 is scheduled for April, with more Galaxy devices receiving the update in the following months. Additionally, the company plans to introduce more AI-powered features and performance enhancements in future updates.
