A New Era for Bihar’s Education System Begins
In a bold and forward-looking move, the Bihar government has announced a statewide plan to install CCTV cameras in all 71,863 government primary schools. The initiative, which is likely to be implemented in phases, aims to bring greater transparency, accountability, and security into the state’s public education system.

Bringing Transparency to the Classroom
No More Ghost Teachers or Empty Classrooms
One of the major issues in rural education has been the lack of teacher accountability. Reports of teacher absenteeism, mid-day meal mismanagement, and lack of classroom discipline are not uncommon.
