CBSE Class 10 Results 2025 Declared: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the Class 10 results for the academic session 2024-25. This year, an impressive 93.66% of students successfully passed the examination, maintaining the board’s high academic standards. Students can now access their results through the official CBSE websites and DigiLocker, where access was provided to them in advance.

Around 23 lakh students appeared for the CBSE Class 10 exams, and nearly 22 lakh of them have cleared it—marking yet another year of outstanding performance. Once again, girls have outperformed boys. While 95% of female students cleared the exams, the pass percentage for boys stood at 92.63%.

Students had been eagerly awaiting the result for weeks. Interestingly, the board released the results on May 13 this year as well—exactly the same date as last year.

Top Performing Regions in CBSE Class 10 Results 2025:
This year, the southern regions retained their dominance, with Thiruvananthapuram, Vijayawada, and Bengaluru securing the top three spots. The Delhi region slipped to the 7th position, while Guwahati remained at the bottom of the list in terms of performance.

The Class 10 board exams were conducted from February 15 to April 4, 2025, across 7,837 examination centres nationwide.

Supplementary Exam Opportunity Under NEP 2020:
In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, CBSE is providing Class 10 students the chance to improve their scores by appearing for supplementary exams in up to two subjects. This flexibility allows students to enhance their academic performance without waiting an entire year.

Meanwhile, Class 12 students will only be allowed to appear for the supplementary exam in one subject. According to CBSE, the supplementary exams are scheduled to take place in the first or second week of July 2025.
