Lucknow, April 1, 2025: The 13th match of TATA IPL 2025 is underway at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow, where Punjab Kings (PBKS) skipper Shreyas Iyer has won the toss and opted to field first against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).
Explaining his decision, Iyer said, “This is a new venue with an unfamiliar pitch, so we prefer to chase. Our players have the freedom to play their natural game but must adapt to the conditions as needed. The key goal is to keep things simple and secure a win.”
