Operation Sindoor: PM Modi Meets Soldiers After Airstrikes, Sends Stern Warning to Pakistan

PM Modi Meets Soldiers: In the wake of the successful Operation Sindoor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with Indian Armed Forces personnel at the Adampur Airbase in Punjab, celebrating the bravery and precision of India’s military action. This high-level engagement comes just a day after India launched a decisive airstrike targeting terrorist camps across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

On Monday night, PM Modi addressed the nation, praising the valor and commitment of the Indian soldiers. “Our forces have achieved their objective,” he declared. “We have given our army full freedom to eliminate terrorists.” The address was not just a tribute but a clear and calculated signal to Pakistan, reiterating India’s unwavering stance on terrorism.

A Direct Message to Pakistan
Prime Minister Modi’s speech left no room for ambiguity. He firmly stated that if Pakistan continues to shelter terrorists, it will have to face escalating consequences. “India’s stand is clear—terror and talks cannot go hand in hand, terror and trade cannot go together, and water and blood cannot flow simultaneously,” he emphasized.

PM Modi also reaffirmed India’s consistent policy regarding diplomatic engagement with Pakistan. “If there are talks, they will be about terrorism. If we engage in any discussion, it will be on Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) and nothing else,” he said.

What Was Operation Sindoor?
Launched in retaliation to the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Operation Sindoor was a strategic airstrike conducted during the night of May 6–7. The Indian Air Force carried out precision strikes on nine terrorist hideouts located in Pakistan and PoK. Multiple terrorists were reportedly eliminated in the operation.

India clarified that no Pakistani military installations or civilian areas were targeted. The mission was purely anti-terrorist in nature, reflecting India’s policy of zero tolerance toward cross-border terrorism. The operation was code-named “Sindoor,” symbolizing both retribution and a protective shield for the nation.

Political and Public Response
The operation has been widely praised across political and public spheres. Citizens have lauded the armed forces and the government for taking strong action in response to rising threats from across the border. Political analysts believe that this marks a new phase in India’s defense doctrine—assertive, precise, and resolute.

Operation Sindoor is more than just a military maneuver; it’s a statement. A statement that India will no longer remain a passive observer when its sovereignty is challenged or its citizens attacked. As PM Modi saluted the soldiers and stood beside them at the Adampur Airbase, it became clear that the nation stands united—against terrorism, and for peace.
