SSC CGL 2024 Final Result Declared: Check Cut-Off Marks and Direct Links

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the final result of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2024. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check their results, post-wise and category-wise cut-off marks on the official SSC website — ssc.gov.in. The final result has paved the way for the appointment of thousands of candidates to various government posts based on their merit and post preferences.

SSC CGL 2024: Final Result Overview

The commission has provisionally recommended 18,174 candidates for appointment based on their merit-cum-preference of posts. The document verification process for the selected candidates will be conducted by the respective user departments.

1. Marks in Paper 2 for Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) and Statistical Investigator Gr. II (SI) respectively (if applicable)
2. Marks in Section 1 of Paper 1 of Tier 2 Exam
3. Date of birth (older candidate given preference)
4. Alphabetical order of the candidate’s name

Withheld and Cancelled Results

• The commission has withheld the final results of 1,267 candidates.
• A total of 253 candidates have been rejected, debarred, or had their results canceled due to various reasons.

SSC CGL 2024: Key Instructions for Selected Candidates

• The document verification and appointment formalities will be carried out by the allocated user departments.
• If a recommended candidate does not receive any communication from the allocated department within six months, they must contact the department directly.
• SSC will not create any reserve list or waiting list for SSC CGL 2024. Unfilled vacancies will be carried forward to the next year.
• Final answer keys and detailed marks (for selected and non-selected candidates) will be uploaded on the SSC website soon.
