Truck Driver Injured in Collision with Goods Train at Amethi Railway Crossing
A serious accident occurred early Tuesday morning at the Ayodhya-Rae Bareli railway crossing in Amethi district when a container truck collided with a goods train, causing significant damage to the railway track and overhead electric lines.
Train Services Halted After Collision
According to police reports, the truck driver sustained severe injuries in the crash. The impact left the truck completely smashed, while the front portion of the goods train was also damaged. Train services on the affected route have been temporarily suspended as railway authorities assess the extent of the damage and begin repair work.
