The result will also be sent to the registered schools within 30 minutes of the announcement.

Quick Stats: Students and Centers This Year

According to Dr. S.B. Joshi, Director of Secondary Education, the 2025 board exams witnessed massive participation:

  • Total Registered Students: 2,23,403

  • Class 10: 1,13,688 students

  • Class 12: 1,09,713 students

  • Exam Centers Across the State: 1,245 centers

    • 49 Single Exam Centers

    • 1,196 Mixed Exam Centers

This scale underlines the logistical planning and efforts of the education board in ensuring smooth conduct across the state.

Rapid Evaluation Ensured Timely Results

This year’s board exam evaluation concluded by April 4, just three weeks after the exams ended on March 11. The UBSE team worked efficiently with the Ramnagar data processing center to finalize scores at record speed.

Secretary Vinod Prasad Simlty confirmed that both main exams and second (improvement) exams will have their results declared together today.

New System: Special Login IDs for Schools

To prevent heavy website traffic that typically delays access to results, the board has implemented a new login system. Each school in the state has been issued a special unique ID through which they can download and view results immediately after declaration.

Students can now visit their own schools to check results as well, making the process more accessible and less dependent on internet traffic.

Result Access: Just Enter Your ID Online

Students must enter their roll number or unique exam ID on the official result portals to access their results. These IDs were shared at the time of exam registration and are also available with respective schools.

Schools will receive student-wise result data directly to their dashboards, helping teachers and staff distribute marksheets efficiently.

Marksheet Download and Notifications

Along with result viewing, students can:

  • Download digital marksheets from the board website

  • Get alerts via SMS/email for quick access as soon as results go live

This year’s digital-first approach aims to reduce stress and make access smoother for lakhs of students and their families.
