It is perplexing that no case has been registered against Abdul Hakeem so far,” remarked the judge.
The police claimed that no action was taken against Hakeem due to his alleged mental illness. However, the court questioned this claim, noting that Hakeem owns a hotel in the Guruvayur temple complex and holds a valid driving license. “If he is indeed mentally ill, how does he possess a hotel license and a driving permit?” the court asked.
